General for Microsoft Word templates: 
By clicking the link - you can save the Word template locally as a ".dot" file.
Double clicking on the saved template in the file manger program will create a new working document based on the template file.
An alternative is to save the template file in the User Templates directory (with the path specified in Tools/Options/File Locations). A new working document can now be generated after starting the Microsoft Word program by File/New and selecting the appropriate template.

Requirement Specification
